This little taqueria (like all good ones) is run by a small family and everything is homemade. No salsa from a can or jar will be found here. It's tough being Mexican in Canada and Montana- there's not a lot of good Mexican food so I thank the stars for Malverde!

The homemade tortillas are soft and delicious- my husband got the pastor, asada, and chorizo taco with rice and beans and they were super tasty. I got a chorizo sope and it was huge and delicious! Prices were a steal for what you get.

Yes, it's in a bus so seating is limited but they offer seating outside as well. If you're gonna take more than 20mins to eat your Mexican food you're a fool- only Taco Bell is good for Mexican. Eat it while it's hot, you won't be disappointed.

    I'll be back tomorrow!!!

Ok I'm from LA, and anyone will tell you that LA is full of great authentic Mexican food. After a lengthy search for some good food here in Montana.... we finally found a pretty good taco truck. Handmade corn tortillas, and a variety of meats to choose from.

Tacos were ok, Cali Burrito was phenomenal, service needs a bit of work. We walked in and stood near the back and the young guy literally looked my wife and I up and down and stared at us for a solid minute and a half while we decided what we wanted. I stared back for 10 seconds to see what he would do and he just stared blankly back at me, no "hello", "can I help you?" He didn't thank us at all (even though we thanked him). Crummy attitude/service really makes me want to give a place like this less stars, but the food truly was really good.

Visited this place late night during our stay in white Buffalo hotel in West Yellowstone. Very near to hotel. Easily walk and reach.

Food truck are always our fantasy and this visit was definitely inspired by the same. Easy menu to select from. Price not so cheap but reasonable. Food was good not so exceptional. 4/5 overall.
